Brady offers honest, logical and rational coaching, influenced by stoic philosophy and life experience to those who are dealing in emotional chaos. Emotions are a part of human nature and the human conditions, but making decisions under the influence of emotion makes about as much sense and making decisions under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Brady offers a unique perspective to men and women to help them through rough times and make rational decisions. Much of the topics brady will discuss are along mental resilience, emotional survival, and social independence.

Coaching services can be offered via email, in person, on wilderness hikes (see wilderness coaching) over the phone, Zoom and FaceTime. Phone calls and FaceTime session may be recorded for quality assurance and a reference for clients to go back to when having a hard time. All coaching sessions are confidential!
